- Woodwind only (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon/bass clarinet) – 6 or 7 core parts, plus optional add-ons
- Woodwind and ‘feature instrument’ – 6 or 7 core parts plus optional add-ons
- Woodwind and saxophones – 6 or 7 ‘core parts’ plus optional ‘add-ons’
- Saxophone orchestra – 9 ‘core parts’ plus optional ‘add-ons’

The Skye Boat Song – Traditional
An intermediate-level woodwind arrangement of this favourite Scottish melody, featuring Horn in E-flat or F. The tune may be familiar to some as the theme from Outlander.

Cheerful, catchy and well-known tunes – ideal for a woodwind ensemble that includes one or two alto saxophones, or for a small school-style wind band.
Difficulty: IMPROVER (ABRSM Grade 2 – 3 +) – plus various optional add-on parts, including some for common brass.
